Inside RaiseFX's New Digital Experience: A Website and Dashboard Built Around Traders

0

A trader may visit a broker's website to open an account, but the relationship does not end at registration. The same user may return to review market information, manage funding, calculate a position size, or ask for help. When these steps feel disconnected, simple tasks can become unnecessarily complicated.

RaiseFX's new website has been designed around that wider journey. Launched in July 2026 and completed in one month by an internal team of 11 developers, the project introduces a new logo and visual identity while connecting the public website more closely with the client dashboard.

Market Context in One Dashboard

The dashboard brings together market sentiment, a lot size calculator, economic news, and a live ticker showing asset prices. Each tool serves a different purpose: sentiment offers a snapshot of market positioning, the calculator supports position planning, and economic news helps users follow events that may influence volatility.

These tools cannot predict market outcomes or replace personal analysis and risk management. Their value lies in making frequently used information easier to access within the same account environment.

Designed for Everyday Use

The redesign focuses on clear navigation and mobile compatibility, helping clients find key information across desktop and mobile devices. The new brand identity has also been applied across the public website and client-facing environment to make the transition from discovery to account management feel more consistent.

RaiseFX now supports Apple Pay as an additional funding option for eligible clients. Payment processing continues to rely on specialist external providers, while RaiseFX's internal platform manages the surrounding client journey and integrations.

Immediate Answers with Human Support When Needed

An AI support agent is available 24/7 to answer frequently asked questions, explain common processes, and direct users to relevant information. It works alongside RaiseFX's human support team, available 24/5 during service hours for more complex account, verification, or technical requests.

"We wanted the new RaiseFX experience to reflect how traders actually use a broker's services throughout the day, with clearer access to market tools, account management and support," David Bottin, CEO of RaiseFX, commented.

Why In-House Development Matters

RaiseFX develops and manages its website, CRM, client area, onboarding, support tools, and infrastructure internally. This gives the company direct ownership of its roadmap and reduces dependence on third-party product cycles.

RaiseFX provides access to more than 500 assets across forex, indices, commodities, shares, and cryptocurrency CFDs. It is operated by Raise Global SA (Pty) Ltd, an authorised Financial Services Provider regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa under FSP licence number 50506.
